Returns and Refunds
You may return any women's shoes purchased from sandalsppley.com within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. You must contact [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Shuk Wun Limited receives your returned item. For PayPal refunds, the refund will take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Shuk Wun Limited will notify you once your refund has been processed, but the final posting time depends on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide photographs and a description of the damage or defect to [email protected]. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
